Well on day 7 and feel really really sick and tired, but I can cope with this if I can give up the 30 a day habit after nearly 30 years. I haven't managed to give up the evil sticks yet but day 10 is my nominated give up day, thought it may be better over the weekend with out work pressure. However, I can recognise I'm not really craving and the ciggies I'm having are purely habitual, so really need to get to grips with this. I took my day 7 morning tab a few hours ago and just had a ciggie(whilst writing this, habit again)and couldn't smoke it all as when taking a drag when it hit the back of my throat it made me gag, so here's hoping.
