Bought a refurbished netbook, £100 cheaper than anywhere. Worked great for a few days and then after a minor mishap, it wouldn't boot up. Called their customer services and tried to blag a replacement, but they insisted I talk first to an engineer. Thought, OK, we'll just have to say what they want to hear. But heres the cool thing - the engineer talked me through a restore process and within 10 minutes, the machine was back up and running. Totally did not expect this. I used Reviewcentre to check out the refurb and the store. I only took a risk with these guys because of the saving, but after this I'm glad I took the risk - these guys were absoluetely fine. Recommended!
