I've been using Nat West Online banking for about a year now after joining before and forgetting all my registration details! Its pretty simple to set up . You just use the online registration form and they will send you a reference number by post which usually comes in about 3-4 days then you follow instructions and your off!
Following your accounts around the site and making transfers from one to the other is dead easy. Its a little more difficult transferring to another (outside) account but once you have set up the'payee' its easy from then on in. Only problem has bee it refused to acknowledge me once despite having the right codes etc and I had to go through the process of getting a new reference number which just had to coincide with the post strike!
