I have been insured with Churchill since June 2009. I had the letter re: my NCD. I had posted it off some weeks before this letter, and one quick phone call to Churchill rectified the matter. They informed that the info and letter had simply crossed over and they updated the notes there and then.

Now the real rest is a claim.....I woke up this morning to find my legally parked car had been crashed into. Luckily there were witnessess and some kind chap had taken down the details of the other driver. I called Churchill this afternoon, they answered the telephone promtply and talked me through the process of claiming. I didn't like the fact that the phone call took 45 minutes, but overall I have no fault.

I have read the previous reviews and now I'm dreading what they may or may not do. I know the other driver is not admitting liability as he told the witness he did not do anything, so by all accounts this may be a long and drawn out process.

I will keep you updated, hopefully in the not too distant future with good news and a good review, fingers crossed!
