This unit wasn't what we had ordered. The sleeping accommodations were very uncomfortable. Our refund still hasn't been sent to VISA even after two weeks. The company made excuses when phoned after two weeks. They promised to do the refund immediately, but one week later the refund still hasn't been credited to my VISA.
