In a word ........ pathetic. 7 weeks into the claim I got a call from SW to tell me they'd lost the signed drivers admission of blame I'd sent them. They also said they'd managed to track down the UK handlers of the claim (I was hit by a foregn car) I'd already provided them with this info when I reported the accident.
