I have smoked for 40 years and in the past have tried various ways to give up never with any lasting success. Champix has finally given me a way out and it works but you have to want to quit - motivation needs to be in place before starting the program. I found taking the tablet with or just after food stops the nausea and keeping in touch with your GP or Practice Nurse also helps as a little encouragement along the way never hurt anyone.
