We sent my sick grandmother flowers with Bloomex, since we were out of the country. She absolutely loved the flowers. The only thing I was surprised by was that the delivery person just left them on her porch. She was home but I guess she didn't hear the door. I realize that must happen at times and I would be alright with it ordinarily. But the weather where she lives that week was cold with rain and even sleet/snow. I hope they weren't out too long. Other than that, we were very happy with the flowers and service and would definitely use them again. Thanks!
