I hired a car through FASTCahire. Received a Voucher, confirmation money were taken from the credit card.

When we arrived to hire company they gave us a car, but the price was 101 EUR more. We shown the price on the voucher and were told that they do care about the voucher and we have 30 mins or going to be without the car. OK, we paid.

After vacation I send e-mail to FASTCahire complaining about the incident. I received a standard e-mail saying that they will try to resolve an issue within 30 days.

No communication after that. They do not answer e-mails anymore. No information what is going on.

Very poor customer service.

Would recommend this company to NO ONE: their Voucher is just a piece of paper without any value. And the prices they are giving are fake.
