I tried to enquire about making an investment into the company. They reception staff could not comprehend this, told me that they do not speak to anyone other than members and do not have e-mail or the facility to write anything down in order for someone to get back to me! Despite making it very clear I was not selling anything and actually looking to make an investment they insisted that they couldn't put me through to anyone. The representative suggested I write in to complain and continued to shout out a postal address at speed, then promptly hung up on me. So very rude and obstructive, on par with the worst I have come across in many years of business.
