I ordered a headboard 7 weeks ago from Dreams Omagh branch. As it was overdue we went into the store to be told the order had not been put through. We then were told that we couldn't have our money back as head office deals with returns. After getting through to an actual manager (harder than you can imagine) we were told there was a 20% cancellation fee because the store had put through the order after we complained and wanted our money back (idiots). After trying to explain this to the Belfast manager she kindly hung up on us. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS
