We have had SKY for 2 years and have had nothing but problems with it!
The final straw came last month when my bill arrived and it was £134!!
£125 of this was for calls! I examined my bill to find that i had been charged for calls since march that as far as i was aware i had already paid for in my monthly payments.
I phoned sky and was told that yes, by bill had been backdated 6 months because i hadnt been charged for some of the calls i had made. Sky admitted it was a fault on their part but that i would have to pay!!
I asked to be put through to customer services and was told that they didnt take calls! A customer service team that doesnt take calls!
I was told that an e-mail had been sent to them and i would have a call back within 14 days. 40 Days later and 3 phonecalls from me and i still have not spoken to a customer service person.
I have cancelled my direct debit and because i am moving house i am switching to tiscali tv.
BE WARNED!! Sky are very good at getting customers but not good at keeping them!

Hello I absolutely agree with you as I experienced the same problem with them and funny enough they charged me for same calls every single month from march, I only noticed in June and called them they investigated but said it was correct, I cancelled sky talk and kept TV and broadband which was another nightmare, They put me on the sky world package and put half price which I never asked for, I asked them to put me back on the normal package as I knew that the half price was only another avenue for robbing me, I was told that I had to wait till the offer was a month, I emphasised that I didn't need the offer or anything but they still insisted. during the period that was meant to be half price I paid £20 more than I should which I ignored twice and paid the bill but the last straw was when I got a bill for £60 and decided to cancel everything, they tried to persuade me but i already made up my mind. I gave my 1 months notice and paid the £60 and assumed it will cancel on the 6Th of october luckily enough I cancelled my direct debit but my account remained active.I have called them 3 times from recieving a new bill and they promised me it will cancel last week which never happened so I had a right go at them yesterday and hopefully it should cancel soon. as for me never sky again if I can be treated like this after 6 years of being with them.
