I had a loan for a car from them,only had a couple of hundred to pay off,which I did using a debit card ,this I was told had cleared my Hp on the car and my account was closed.
A couple of days later I went and purchased a new car using my old car as a deposit,the garage did checks and I was told that my car was still on HP!
The Black Horse Finance company had'nt bothered to put through my payment details that day so I felt very embarresed by the whole situation.I phoned them up and they said they would fax a confirmation of my payment to the car dealer ,I am still waiting and that was two days ago!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!!!
