Appaling customer service! Been with them for about a year and a half. Can't understand many of the asian accents (not being racist). They get frustrated at you before you get frustrated at them too.
Eveytime a phone cals comes through too we get cut off our broadband. Have tried to get it sorted out but you get fobbed off. Terribly slow broadband too.
