This is, without a doubt one of the worst banking institutions I have ever worked with. An automated dial up calls our phone number five to six times a day. No operator or rep is available after you you call the five or six numbers my caller ID picks up on. Including a number for ADS. The customer service reps are rude, ignorant and cannot speak English Most read from a card... and they are nasty.
I have called New York and worked from the retailer up to get assistance for my New York and Co bill. The reps at NY & Co. are pleasant, but nothing has been done to resolve my account yet. I intentionally did not pay the bill to get someone to talk to me in person. The bank freaks call instead. DO NOT get a credit card from these people. Clerks are rewarded for selling them to you.
