I have been waiting for 14 months for my Savings of 3,000.00 to be paid out to myself the Money was due to be paid via a Chaps payment to my Current account but it went walk about and i am still waiting, good job it was not use for a fitting kitchen as i am sure that it would have been ripped out by now. The Customers services has been appalling, everytime you telephone, they said its on its way, you ask them to email you a letter stating that at some point i shall get my savings, oh yes at the end of the day they say and Monday morning comes and still no email. I would give the service 0 out of 10.
