This is the worst call out company. They never pay up and let you jump through hoops before they do pay out. If anyone is still stugling to get money out of them send them a money claim at https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk this is the only time they respond.
If you still consider using them call up and ask who the managing director is or mention you want to make a complaint and see how fast they turn nasty and unhelpfull.
