You will be astonished to hear that my HOTPOINT FF200EG developed a problem with the fridge getting really warm and the food going off - what a surprise!! My wife rang Hotpoint who wanted over £100 to repair a fridge/freezer that they must know by now has sustantial design faults and clearly is not fit for purpose. I thank all previous people who have taken the time to explain the defrost process which I will be attempting tomorrow. I will also be cancelling the engineer. I will also be calling Trading Standards and informing Watchdog. After all, I thought that I had bought a frost free unit!!!!

DON'T TOUCH THIS PRODUCT WITH A BARGE POLE.......
