very dissatisfied.
brought a memory mattress ..good customer service..called back a few days later as it was causing pain..was asked to try it some more time before returning it ..now seems that i am stuck with it..
please please if it happens to anybody dont trust them and just return it otherwise you amy get stuck

I found this review not helpful because..We advised the customer he should try the mattress longer on September 6th, he agreed to give it another 4-5 days, we heard nothing until October 26th stating he now wants to return it to us.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, which he would have still be in after trying it for another 4-5 days. I believe 7 weeks later wanting to return it is very unreasonable!!
