Have only been with Vodafone for 3 months, but in this time they have taken two lots of £500 out of my account WITH NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE TO ME.
It should have been £40.I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and was either put on hold or spoke to someone that was very rude and not in the slightest bit interested in listening to my problem.
It is a disgrace how they can call themselves customer services when blatantly they are not at all interested in helping people.
I have now incurred a large amount of bank charges as the monies were taken when I had no money.
DO NOT under any circumstances use Vodafone as your service provider. BE WARNED.
