Having read a number of poor reviews for Car Hire 3000 I felt I needed to write something more positive following my dealings with this company for a car rental in Lanzarote in April 2009. Although I booked the vehicle online I telephoned Car Hire 3000 to check my pick up details. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The car hire itself went without a hitch with the representative waiting as we left the arrivals hall. We were on our way less than 20 minutes later. The only down side was having to purchase the whole tank of fuel, which even over 10 days is difficult to use on a small island like Lanzarote.
