I've been proved wrong - I never thought I would stand a chance of being able to sell my own property, and assumed I was better off using an estate agent and stumping up the fees.



I added my property to Sarah Beeny's new website "Tepilo" two weeks ago and have since had three viewings and now an offer - which we are now looking at accepting.



The whole process is so simple - highly recommend this site, and best of all it's completely free - nothing to pay at all.
