Booked car through autoeurope.com which seemed like a good price. Arrived at airport to search for Solmar agent in car park in the rain. Waited while he rounded up other customers then he drove us to their office - which is NOT at the airport despite the fact that I booked to pick up at airport. Waited 1 hour while they slowly went through booking details and extorted a further (refundable) 630 euro as insurance (and a fee for a safety pack), despite the fact that I had paid excess insurance through auroeurope. Car was damaged and I had to show them this. On return, office was closed and was kept waiting 45 minutes before being driven back late to airport to rush for flight. Avoid this company.
