I MADE A GOOD-FAITH RESERVATION WITH HERTZ.....BEING SIDE-LINED TO THE CARTRAWLER SITE EN ROUTE. WHEN I SHOWED UP AT HERTZ THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING. I WAS UNDER EXTREME DURESS TO REACH A SICK FAMILY MEMBER TWO HOURS AWAY AND THANKFULLY A KIND HERTZ REPRESENTATIVE MADE ME A NEW BOOKING WITH A SUPERB CAR.
CARTRAWLER TOOK A DEPOSIT FROM ME, WHICH THEY REFUSE TO REFUND.
I WOULD CERTAINLY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
THEY SEEM INTENT ON RIPPING PEOPLE OFF......AND AS A PENSIONER I AM DISGUSTED WITH THEIR LACK OF COMPASSION. IF THERE HAD BEEN AN OPTION ON THIS FORM TO GIVE "0" OUT OF FIVE STARS, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN "0".
