Furniture@work is by far the worst on line company I have dealt with. I ordered goods which were promised in 5 to ten days but after 15 days had passed I telephoned. I had to listen to piped music on an 0844 line for 20 minutes before I was told that the good would not be with me for a further 30 days. This is a total of 45 days on a promised 10 to 15 days. I sent an email to their dedicated email address and after five days I have still not heard anything back (other than a standard receipt for my email.
I am trying to cancell the order but again I have to go through the piped music ritual. If you ring up the 'orders' line you get straight through. Funny that!
