I dont know wether this is a wind up, we got to within 1 junction away from Shefield and it was broadcast that the Elton John Concert was cancelled due to ill health, this was the first we knew. Both my husband and I took time off work to get there on time, it was very very disapointing. I know this is not your fault, but you asked the question did we enjoy the Elton Concert, I would have thought you would have someone check these things out. I should have checked wether I was entitled to a full refund, if its not resceduled, as I paid a 100% markup on each ticket I dought it very much.
