Please, please do NOT use allfreight for your shippping. I have tried to use them from London to Manila. They have had my expensive goods for 4 months now (and my payment!), never email me unless I really pursue them. The 'tracking' system still says pending, we were given an estimated arrival date that has long past and still don't even have any vessel details. At no point have staff tried to apologise or explain the delay and, seeing as I know plenty of people that have received goods along the same route with different companinies I can only assume that the real explanation is negligence.
