I had several probblems as soon as my Husband opened the box, but he did not know the other options I paid for and did not get W/Then Metron White Night Vision NV323 to hook up camera to it and I am missing the carry pouch and hand strap,,, I guess the factory forgt about me,, I gave up 6 months ago,, and they prommised the big optional lens,, it was my Husbands birthday so I could not say nothing,Thanks in advace,,Michael Schirmer,,,POBox 22,,,,Hanover,,,In.,,,,,47243
