Order not received next day when I asked they said it had been depatched but they could not get hold of carrier. When I phoned carrier they had no parcel coming to my address. Received camera next working day with depatch date of the day I phoned chased them. Box had been opened and note said manual to follow.

The manual I received was a bad photocopy nearly impossible to read after chasing they sent me a second photocopied manual. I am still months on waiting to recieve a original manual but don,t hold up much chance especially as they only reply to 1 in 5 emails.
