Had a conservatory fitted by Betterview and now we have moss growing and insects inbetween the panels in the roof - found out the flashing used should only be used as a temporary measure(was told by the insurance company). Also had a front door fitted and found out that the frame was filled with paper tissue and then cemented over. Also the locks broke after a year (found out that all locks and fittings are only guaranteed for one year)- paid £1,500 for this! Also electrical wires to the conservatory actually run through the gutter. Have now waited for 4 months for insurance company to actually do something! Thank you Betterview - you should be ashamed.
