1. French, using low rate employees, ethnic type, rude, dont' smile.
2. VERY expensive food and drink...more expensive than Paris or anywhere we've been to. example in hotel..Beer (Guinness) in the Seq' Hotel was about £9 for pint equiv.!! More for the special German bottle lagers....Hell!!
3. Park layout very good considering, however, unlike the USA disney parks, if it rains it ruins the day. Disney should be enjoyed in the sun only! Park really should have been built in spain, say near to Barcelona or similar. We think service would have improved too with the spanish.
Needs more band music roaming the park as done in the USA.
Complaining at Hotel service is waste of time....big scam !!!!

TIP save up a little more and go to Florida or Calif or Japan. The latter is very good by the way!!
