I am on day 12 of Champix,and I quit smoking on day 10. It was not easy. This is not a miracle pill that will take away the habit, just the URGES. You have to incorporate some willpower, and fight it one craving at a time. I have been around friends who smoke and I can fight it easily. I find it harder when I am alone & bored or ESPECIALLY in the car. 4th day, smoke free, & already feel positive effects on being a non-somker. I smell better, & most importantly I dont wake up with that heavy feeling on my chest..this just after 4 days & it will only get better from here on out =) campix definitely helped me but I was AWARE & motivated, and that helped me more. I read all the reviews which also motivated me throughout the process. my advice to you: forcus on the advantage of quiting. Dont focus on temptation & the thought of giving in just once. Good luck to everyone and congratulations for chosing LIFE over cigarettes!
