E&L Insurance are nothing but con artists. they take your money and do not tell you that you are not covered until after you have made a claim. I insured my caravan and paid extra for contents/accessories and they accepted my list of extras including my brand new awning.
I made a claim for storm damage to my awning and it took four weeks to get through to them, and that was by Email. I was told I was not covered even though I had the top policy which included cover for storm damage to my awning. I am currently going through the Insurance Ombudsman to get my claim settled.
I shall definitly be getting in touch with BBC's Watchdog progrmme to try to stop other caravanners being ripped off by these people. Keep writing your reviews so that we can get these thieves out of business.
