The service itself is good, it's what happens when there is a problem of any kind that the customer experience descends to the nightmarish. They should win an award for truly appalling customer 'service'. I would have given them no stars for it if that had been possible. After negotiating the seemingly endless 'press 1,2,3' etc options you then face a barrage of security questions before you can say a word about what you called for. The call centre script reader then finds your enquiry is not on their list and so passes you on to another number where you can listen to some annoying music on a short loop before going through the whole 'press 1,2,3' etc and full security questionnaire once again. The person who finally, reluctantly, asks what the problem is then denies it is anything to do with their department and tells you to call the number you started with. Why can't I have FirstDirect as my isp?
