I have, hopefully had, been with this organisation since September 2001. Following renewal in late September I receive notification that my account was being 'upgraded' and I would need to make changes to continue accessing my email account. Easyspace WebSite support pages gave conflicting settings and I contacted their online Support. As mentioned elsewhere on here all you get is a cut and paste reply. I contacted their Customer Escalations Manager explaining that I am not prepared to spend any more time in trying to resolve the problems caused by their 'upgrade' and have requested a refund.
Interestingly this is where Easyspaces' customer support really kicks in. They don't respond!
In short they are happy to take your money - but it stops there.
I will be writing to their CEO.
