This review is accurate.I did not get to the rental stage for the car hire i declined their offer because they upped the offer by forty pounds. They did not have too access my account but they went ahead and put £30 less back. When i phoned they said the money was for ammendments to my booking,there was no booking, only a request. They stole £30 for nothing. i spoke to them on the phone they could not care less. I have since sent them a letter, no answer. They make promises about booking with confidence, a cooling off period and obtaining a full refund. Dont believe it. I still have all the documents to prove this but they wont make contact.Absolute crooks. Dont go near them.
