Visited the car shop cardiff, first impressions weren't too bad and after seeing a car we liked went back the next day with the intentions of buying. As the car was a considerable amount of money and 'buying a house is the next big purchase to buying a car' (a line the car shop use with pride) we told them that we would only go through with the deal if they gave us a years free warranty. How 'lucky'(in the words of the sales person) we were when they said yes! WRONG as soon as we paid our deposit somehow our years free warranty became an urban legend and we were charged £299 for a warranty we agreed would be free.

After a considerable amouunt of phonecalls with various people we were told that we would not be getting our deposit back. We contacted trading standards who are aware of this company who thankfully got our money back for us. We recommend anyone with the same trouble to contact trading standards so that hopefully this company and the disgraceful way it is run will be investigated.

If I have one piece of advice when you enter the car shop car park do not turn your engine off but carry on driving!! Also I wouldn't trust all the good reviews on here as the car shop are aware of this site and have probably written some of them themselves.
