Visited the car shop in cardiff, first impressions weren't too bad but oh how they changed. As soon as we decided to purchase the car costing a considerable amount of money you would think that the customer service would have been excellent, it was far from that. we were promiced a years free warranty but after paying our deposit were then told that this had never been said (despite several people hearing this and clarifying it with a manager). After a long battle (and made out to be liars) we were told there was no way we would have our deposit back.

Contacted trading standards who are aware of the company. Thankfully to them we have now had a cheque for our deposit. We advise anyone in this position to contact trading standards, the way the car shop operate is disgraceful. I wouldn't be fooled by all the positive comments on here either as the car shop are aware of this site and have probably written these themselves.

Do not give this company the satisfaction of having your money or your custom you will have nothing but hassle and they are bullies in suits waiting for naive people to prey on! (also we only rated 1 star because this was the minimum rating we could do)
