I put in my details to get a valuation for my Ford Focus and it came up £1045.00 but due to me swapping my personal number plate had to wait for the log ook etc.
When i finaly had all the paper work i went on line again and put in the same details and it came up £765.00
I was gutted so used another name and illed in all the same details a third time and this time got a valuation of £850 !!!!!!
I truly think it is a random program thet churns out good and bad valuations and working on avarages they no doubt make a lot of money out of it.
I would rather set fire to it than let these clowns make money out of it
