owned the samsung rs21 for just over 2years, started making noises and temp on digital display reading wrong. This unit is not fit for its supposed use, I have never known fridge freezers to fail after such a short time. My mother in law has had her fridge freezer unit well over 10 years and its still going strong. The fact is samsung accepts there is a manufacturers fault and have agreed to send out an engineer to replace the supposedly faulty part. In my case the fridge worked overnight after the installation was done late in the afternoon, by next morning the unit was exactly the same as before. Several phone calls to samsung and finally they sent another engineer out who did not know what the problem was. Today I still do not have the unit working and currently in communication with Trading standards. I intend not resting until this matter is sorted, and I urge others who have faced the same dilema to act now
