Was conned into taking broadband with Sky. Moved from a previous address and before i moved was told that the package would be the same price as my exisiting tarrif. Moved house, had a sky dish installed, called up to arrange for my broadband to be set up and was told that the cheaper package wasnt available and it had doubled in price. Told them i didnt want it and they said that I was in a contract and had to have it!! Speed it slower than dial up, on many occasions through out the year it went down and many calls to Sky and holding on for a total of ours!!! Am leaving them soon and would never use them again. Customer service was appauling too
