Got a tickmaster gift card as a present and have to say that I have never experienced such difficulty with anything else. Tried to phone the no. on the card to order tickets and twice was kept waiting for over 20 minutes and still did not get through. Went in person to Edinburgh to try to get tickets at the Playhouse only to be told we had to phone or book on line. Tried to contact customer services to be told nobody was available, all in all a horrible experience and would not use Ticketmaster again in any circumstances
