APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I offered to pay closing balance in 2 installments and had a letter 1 week later threatening with BAILIFFS! I gave them 2 weeks notice as requested when closing the account and was disconnected 3 days later..This is by far the worst telecom/broadband provider going. Internet speed was painfully slow. When phoning customer services your faced with several automated choices and go around in circles before speaking to a non english human that doesnt even understand what your saying! I was very happy to leave talktalk and now with BT and wished I had done so at the outset. Talktalk, DONT GO THERE........
