I have been with TalkTalk for over a year and broadband is fine if you don't need to rely on it. I now started working from home and am in process of getting broadband from someone else as it's so unreliable and sometimes so slow that it's frustrating. Customer service seem nice but not very knowledgeable from my experience and it's also not very easy understand what they are saying. Overall, it's cheap but you really get what you are paying for...
