Arrived at Palma for what we thought - as stated on confirmation email - a 20 min journey to Magaluf - 2 hrs later we still on the bus dropping other people off ! Was told to expect a tx message to confirm pick up time for journey back to airport. No text !! Numerous phone calls - costing probably a small fortune at my expense - eventually being given our time. Another 2 hrs driving about - driver not quite sure where to go to pick up passengers. 4 hrs wasted out of our holiday - will never ever use this company again - will in future pay extra to get to magaluf in 20 mins. They should really state clearly that your journey could take up to 3 hrs and not state the time it takes from airport to resort. Very dissapointing to say the least
