Well done Hertz, a no fuss rental.
Booked (pay on return) online day before trip to arrive at airport to find car as booked ready & waiting. Staff helpful, friendly & spoke good english.
Don't take super insurance, get your self an annual excess insurance policy & save yourself money & hassle as everything will be covered.
Decided to return the vehicle early as din't need on last days of holiday, again not a problem rental price recalculated on returned. So for me pre-pay would have ended up costing me more.
