Booked this car through Virgin Holidays who I am glad to hear that they are changing to Alamo next year. Picked the car up at Lake Buena Vista, the car was a mess, stained seats and someone had been sick on the front passenger seat which just awful in 90 deg heat, after a heated arguement with miss attitude on the desk I took a brand new SUV which was great, behind me though were 3 customers who were not happy. Vehicle not there, vehicle broke down and the company asking the family to take it back to Sandford to exchange and another who also had a vehicle in an awful state. Stick to the airports or Car Care centre at Disney much better
