im at the brink of tears.

Ordered for a pre delivery before 9am.....3pm they finally arrived and i had to use a days holiday of work - boss was not impressed.

went to open and put together to find it damaged.

called company to moan and they wanted nothing to do with it. about 3 hours later of me phoning them and being passed from pillar to post, photographs sent,they still cannot do anything and have told me its out of their hands. im sooo upset. oh and they hung up on me loads. very rude customer service and kept being put through to an answer phone. so upset.
