I have used natwest online for quite a while. It is very convenient, easy to use and I now rarely have to visit my branch in person. I can access my account 24/7 transfer money from one account to another and keep track of incomings and outgoings from day to day without waiting for paper statements. I can also make payments to third parties' bank accounts which during the present mail strike is very helpful. I do not wish to tempt fate but can honestly state that I have experienced few problems.
