Pixmania seem to make a habbit of advertising products as "in stock", but then, after taking your money, they e-mail you to tell you that it's out of stock and delay you and delay you some more while they keep your money. If anyone has had similar bad experiences I suggest contacting the UK European Consumer Centre at ecc@tsi.org.uk. They are the trading standards equivalent for Europe.

I've also contacted the Advertising Standards Agency (enquiries@asa.org.uk) as I believe that they should not be allowed to advertise products as "in stock" when, in fact, they aren't.

I suggest everyone else does the same.
